Unique antistatic formula – perfect sprinkling without sticking!
Our polyurethane powder adhesive was designed with maximum convenience and stability in production work in mind. Thanks to special antistatic additives used already at the formulation stage, the adhesive sticks significantly less to electrostatically charged surfaces, such as PET films used in screen printing and DTF heat transfers.

During work on production lines, PET film often becomes electrically charged due to friction with guides, rollers, and work tables. In winter—when the air humidity is low—this effect can become even more pronounced.
In ordinary adhesives, this leads to unwanted attraction of powder in areas where it shouldn't appear – most often at the edges of small details. This results in disrupted uniformity of the adhesive coating and complicates the production process.

💧 Air humidity – the key to stable production operation
Although our adhesive significantly reduces electrostatic adhesion, optimal environmental conditions still play a crucial role in the quality of the process.
During the heating periods, the relative humidity can drop below25–30%, which promotes the electrification of PET foil. Therefore, we recommendmaintaining humidity at around 50%, which significantly reduces static and stabilizes the powder coating process.
