A polyurethane powder adhesive designed for the production of DTF (Direct To Film) thermal transfers. The product was developed with high flexibility and print stability in mind on demanding substrates.
The powdered adhesive is graphite in color and turns black after being heated through the oven. It contains activated carbon particles, allowing it to be used as a BLOCKER—a layer that limits dye migration on materials prone to resublimation.

- The product is intended for various types of textiles, including cotton, polyester, softshell, viscose, cotton-polyester blends, elastane, as well as technical and sports fabrics.
In fabrics susceptible to dye migration (especially polyester), there is a risk of color bleeding through the print. Using a blocking layer helps reduce this effect and maintain color stability.
The addition of activated carbon supports anti-migration properties while maintaining high transfer flexibility. The product can be used with pigment inks for DTF printing. It also performs well in the production of transfers based on water-based and plastisol inks, maintaining its anti-migration and flexibility properties. It can be applied both with automatic powdering machines and by hand.
